Artist Statment: "This Digital Illustration is a Tribute to Tony De Los Reyes and to commemorate the 1966 Compton Cafeteria Riots. This was Constructed and colored in Adobe Illustrator with various photo assets and manipulation. This project was made with the intention to educate and inform the public about this Historical event in Transgender History.
